专家简介:
陈维江,山东淄博人。中国科学院院士,教授级高级工程师,高电压与绝缘技术专家,国家电网公司副总工程师。
1982年毕业于合肥工业大学电机系,1985年在中国电力科学研究院获硕士学位。2015年11月,当选中国科学院院士。
长期从事电力系统电磁瞬态分析方法及防护技术研究,主持交、直流特高压输电系统电磁与绝缘特性基础问题研究,获得了多时间尺度瞬态过电压特性,提出过电压深度抑制方法和绝缘配合方案,支撑我国自主研发成功特高压输电技术;陈院士还系统研究了电网雷击先导放电机理与绝缘线路雷击断线机理,提出了基于雷击风险概率分布实施疏、堵措施的差异化防护方法,在电力系统和高铁牵引供电系统获得广泛应用。
获国家发明专利40余项,发表EI、SCI 论文140余篇。2008年获国家技术发明二等奖(排名1),2012年获得国家科技进步特等奖(排名2),2015年获国家科技进步二等奖(排名1)。2013年获得中国电力杰出贡献奖, 2013年获聘为中国科协首席科学传播专家。
Brief Introduction of Professor Chen Weijiang
Chen Weijiang was born in Zibo,Shandong Province in 1958,Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, professorate senior engineer, specialist in high-voltage and insulation technology, deputy Chief Engineer of State of Grid.
Mr Chen received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from HeFei University of Technology in 1982, and his M.S. degree from China Electric Power Research Institute in 1985. He was elected to academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences in November 2015.
Mr Chen’s research interests include analysis& protection of electromagnetic transients, electromagnetic and insulation fundamental property in AC&DC high-voltage power system. In the area of overvoltage in UHV power system, his team obtained the characteristics of the multiple-time scale transient overvoltage, proposed a suppression and insulation coordinationmethod, which strongly bolstered the independent development of China’s UHV power transmission technology.
Mr Chen also has been systematically working on the study of lighting leader discharge and conductor breakage mechanism caused by lightning in power system. Based onthe distribution of lighting strike risk possibility, a flexible differential protection approach was developed which is widely used in power system and high-speed railway traction power supply system.
Mr Chen holds about 40 patents, and has published more than 140 papers in domestic and international academic journals and transactions.
He is a recipient of Second Prize of National Technical Invention Awards in 2008(ranked first), Grand Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Awards in 2012(ranked second) and Second Prize in 2015(ranked first) respectively. In 2013 he received the China Electrical Outstanding Contribution Awards and was engaged as Chief science communication expert of China Association for Science and Technology.
